Steel Industry Public Company Limited introduced the services of steel
fabrication and erection at Poochaosamingprai factory, Samutprakarn province
in1981. It began servicing the factories of Metro Group of Companies, its
affiliates, such as fertilizer plant, steel mill, rolling mill, galvanizing and
color sheet plant, chemical storage tank, air separation (O2 & N2) plant,
etc.
In 1984, the fabrication networks have been expanding from its affiliated
companies to other industrial sectors, i.e. cement plant, glass plant, power
plant, oil refinery plant, distillery plant, etc.
In addition, Bangkok Steel Industry Engineering and Fabrication Service (BSEF) has
performed significant jobs to be exported to other countries for many leading
Japanese companies, such as Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. (MHI), UBE
Industries, Ltd. , JGC Corporation, EBARA Corporation, etc.
Due to the expansion of fabrication, in1993, BSEF was relocated to the new
factory at Km. 62, Phaholyothin Road, Lumsai A. Wang Noi, Ayudhya province in order to
serve the growing demand of its clients in general industries.
